Fleet Science Center North Star Science Store

A dizzying array of toys, books, clothing, science kits, and space memorabilia. For fans of giant-screen films, more than 40 IMAX films are available on DVD. A unique shopping experience, the North Star Science Store reflects the Fleet Science Center's mission to inspire life-long learning by furthering the public's understanding and enjoyment of science and technology - from brain teasers and 3-D puzzles to dinosaur action figures.

The Collector's Gallery Gift Shop at Mingei International Museum

The Collectors’ Gallery embodies the Mingei's mission to celebrate human creativity and the belief that useful objects can also be works of beauty. The Collectors’ Gallery honors this mission with a unique selection of ethically-made items from both local and international artists.

Japanese Friendship Garden Gift Store

The Japanese Friendship Garden features two gift stores for your shopping pleasure - one at the Front Gate and a second in the Special Exhibition pavilion.

The gift stores are stocked with Japanese items, including postcards, chopsticks, and fans. The Special Exhibition gift shop features items related to the current exhibition. 

The San Diego Museum of Art Gift Shop

Find your own work of art to take home from The Museum Store. Shop online or visit the store, open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Museum of Art's year-round schedule of exhibitions and educational programs

San Diego Air and Space Museum Gift Shop

The Museum’s gift shop offers hundreds of gift ideas, including airplane models, books, t-shirts, jackets, backpacks, posters, coffee and beer mugs, collectables, gliders, movies and DVDs, water bottles, telescopes, hats, educational toys and games, patriotic patches, stickers and pins, robotic kits, parachute launchers, jigsaw puzzles, jewelry, plaques autographed by astronauts, space food, and much, much more.

Visitors Center Gift Shop

Inside the Balboa Park Visitors Center, find a charming gift shop with a variety of gifts, handmade creations by Park artists, Balboa Park logo-ware, books, videos, CDs, and more. The Visitors Center also runs the BalboaPark.org gift shop carrying books, maps and guides to help you prepare for your upcoming visit, as well as souvenirs to remember a recent trip.

Prado Perk

Located in the courtyard of the House of Hospitality across from the Balboa Park Visitors center, Prado Perk is the perfect stop for coffee, teas and pastries.  The coffee cart offers a selection of coffee, espresso and lattes with coffee locally roasted by Café Moto.  Hot and iced teas are also available as well as mini-milks for the kids. Try a variety of delicious pastries baked daily by The Prado or keep it simple with a chobani yogurt and a bottled water.

Snack Carts

There are a variety of snack carts along the El Prado pedestrian walkway and also near the Spreckels Organ Pavilion that serve hot dogs, ice cream, nachos and soda.

Alaska Airlines Flight Path Grill

An outdoor restaurant featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, salad and more! Enjoy your meal at a picnic table or covered cabana. San Diego Air & Space Museum admission is required.
 

Cabrillo Bridge

The Cabrillo Bridge, built for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition, was the first cantilevered, multiple-arched bridge to be built in Southern California. It is nearly 1,500 feet long and nearly 125 feet high. 
 

This scenic bridge is one most beautiful ways into Balboa Park.
