Illustrates how icons produced during the Romanov period (1613-1918) departed from tradition under the influence of Western culture. Exhibit of 45 works on loan from Hillwood Museum Gardens, Washington D.C. follows emergence of decorative oklads (covers) made from precious materials and stones.
