International Summer Organ Festival 2009 Complete Schedulethru Aug 31, 09 Every MondayThe International Summer Organ Festival opens June 22—celebrating 22 years of glorious organ music under the stars in Balboa Park. These free outdoor concerts are held on Monday evenings through August 31, beginning at 7:30 onstage at the grand Spreckels Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park. Enjoy the majestic sound of the world’s largest outdoor pipe organ played by world-renowned concert and theater organists. August 17: Catherine Ennis, dazzling British concert organist Celebrating Handel and the British Organ Tradition August 24: Dennis James and Silent Movie Night. Featuring Buster Keaton's the Cameraman accompanied by Dennis James on the Spreckels Organ August 31: San Diego Civic Organist Carol WIlliams features "Mainly Medieval" concert Program include The House of Scotland Pipe Band and the Cathedral Choristers of St. Paul's Cathedral Spreckels Organ Pavilion
