Now That’s Getting into the Spirit!

My two festive friends Babe and Pudge sure love to do it up right at the Twilight in the Park concerts, this one featuring a live mariachi band. I can’t wait to see them in a tutu when City Ballet performs on August 14 or in lederhosen when the El Cajon German Band takes the stage on August 27.

Surfing Goes to the Dogs!

The Net isn’t the only thing us dogs like to surf. Check out my buddy TJ, winner last month of the 3rd Annual Loews Coronado Bay Resort Surf Dog Competition (40-pound-and-under class). BTW, all my buddies are treated like VIPs (Very Important Pets) at Loews Hotels, which extend lots of great amenities to us four-legged fur balls.

Move Over "Dancing with the Stars"...It's Snowball!

In addition to all the great friends I meet in the Park, I encounter many online as well, including my very talented buddy, Snowball. He's from Bird Lovers Only Rescue Service, Inc., a non-profit bird rescue organization in northern Indiana that takes in unwanted, neglected, abused, and special needs birds. They do good work, check them out . Snowball is also taking part in a congnitive music study with Dr. Ani Patel from the Neurosciences Institute right here in San Diego to learn more about how Snowball can "get down."
